Brand new 7/21/04 and easier to understand then ever.
Imagine each page or mat
has four quadrants. Upper left [A], upper right [B], lower left [C], lower
right [D].
See Page 14 below as an example.
Each print is numbered
first by page number, then if more than one print on a page by letter.
It is best to use a small 1.5H x 2" W Post It Notes with # 2 Pencil
writing on the pad then peel off and attached to the face of the print.
If your read anywhere
about using a 6B Pencil
Note that for the first time a client used a 6B pencil and wrote with too
much pressure on the back of the print causing
the numbers to show through so the prints had to be remade.
See examples of how these
letters [A B C D] are placed on the print after the page number,
depending on print size and what quadrant it falls in.
