After looking at your filled out copy and requesting missing item information he will email bottom line total. Then log onto www.Paypal.com. In Menu find SEND MONEY. Select submenu Send Money Online. Rick will email you our account address info. Use AMEX/VISA/MC/Discover to pay through Paypal. Do not E-Mail credit card information ever.
